Gang member Dejuan Hines was arrested for shooting an innocent bystander, Deliesh, who was waiting for her aunt to pick her up after school. Deliesh died a week later at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Hines, a former student at the school was not intending to shoot Allen but at rival gang members, according to police. Learn More (latimes.com)
