i remember sitting in my sixth grade class on the third floor...hearing the helicopters and sirens surrounding the building.
the phone rings, the teacher answers and call my friend to the hallway. Then we heard a awful scream and cries, as she just received the news that her mother had been murdered on the first floor.
It was surely a trajic day.

I remember this I was only nine years old.I came to school like anyother normal day.
A friend and I were eating breakfast, the lunch room was in the basement. As me and my friend had attempted to leave we were stopped by
a teacher that told us we could not leave and we would be told when we can.The teacher never told us why we were unable to leave.
After the shooter was caught we were able to return to class when a sub-teacher let us kno what had happen. crazy!!! R.I.P. Norma and God bless her family.

it was my 8th grade year i remember being in math class when that happened. myself along with a few others were called from our rooms and given permission to go to the basement and given lists of childrens names and room numbers to bring them to there parents. it is a day i will never forget especially since our camping trip was cancelled cause the superintendent thought it was too dangerous to leave the school. may she r.i.p.
